Happiness held for ransom

Wow, believe it or not I've 260 posts in just 1 and a 1/2 years. Not bad, not bad at all.
Ok after the previous post filled with transformers fanboyism, here's something more normal. Friday was the visit to the art museum, quite interesting, but my personal feelings of art is just that it has always been a matter of perception, as long as you get enough people say it's good hey presto you have a piece of art. Personally I think everything can be considered as art, as long as one thinks so. In the end, got quite pissed as got played out of watching troy, feeling fed up i took 14 to taka to go to kinokuniya and browse for some books. Flipped through the catalogues of transformers toys, found out that bludgeon's alt mode was actually a tank. Went down to the food court of sorts and bought a cheese japanese bun?pastry? which now cost 1.10, an increase in price of 10 cents. Grr... Bought 1 only (elastic demand) and walked along orchard road, homeward bound. Then by some contrivance of fate, met sally my ogl on the way. SO we spent the next 45 mins chatting by the side of the road, me leaning against the board seperating the work place at wisma, listening to her give me advice on studying and econs s. I must say I remembered how she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable during those days of orientation, and I subconsciously modelled myself after her as an ogl as well. She really inspired me to work harder, 4As 1D, something I know i can achieve. In the end she had to rush for a movie and I thanked her for her advice. Saturday, trained, more j2s came this time, fenced rather badly, must be due to my lack of fitness. Got home, slept till 5, read online posts on transformers, only started doing S2 at 8, all the way till 12. Sunday, surprisingly woke up at 730, finished up S2, mugged money madly and did my overdue essay, before slacking till the night and slept.
I must say now sally has really inspired me to work harder. Now to translate that inspiration to real hard work.
